The Red Line is one of five transit lines making up Boston's subway system. First extended north from Boston to Cambridge via tunnel in 1912, the line now serves over 230,000 riders every day. My paintings are inspired by the imagery of the trains, stations, and passengers that make up the Red Line, both past and present.
